PLEASE READ THE BOOKING POLICY BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

  Thank you for choosing Passion Styles LLC.

While your service is our priority, we must cover often uncomfortable topics about payments and appointments.

  • We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Your standing appointments are what we call "your time" meaning that we will honor "your time" in expectation of rendering your professional and courteous service for your scheduled appointment.

  • We completely understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. We can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.

  • We understand this is not ideal for some of you however to continue delivering consistent services. There are certain things we have to do to survive in these times.

  • A mask is Required. Covering the mouth and nose. (If you feel sick or have been exposed to COVID-19 or the FLU) Please do not book

  • An estimate for each service is listed next to or below each style, along with an estimated time to complete each service.

  • Please contact us only if you are having difficulties booking. We will not book the appointment for you. However, switching your phone to desktop mode allows you to view the site's full page. 

Please do not rock the styling chair while being serviced. (Ex. rocking back and forth, shaking legs, tapping feet, etc.)

I STRICTLY do not pick up my phone while work unless an emergency. Viewing the website pages can answer most of your questions.

 

 

Booking Requirements

  • Technology is changing so many things, and the way we do business is one of them. With so many restrictions and limitations enforced on our business we have no choice but to implement a deposit system.

  • If you are a new or existing client. You will be required to make a secured account with us in order to proceed with booking.

  • The booking slots are available (open) every 30 calendar days. Clients are allowed to book up to 3hrs in advance. This being a privately owned business, we do not offer walk-ins.

  • We require a non-refundable deposit from every client, to our salon. When booking you will be required to pay the required deposit for your service, once the deposit is paid a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email. The deposit will be used as part of your payment toward your service on the date and time you book for.

  • If you CANCEL or fail to show up for your appointment, unfortunately, you will lose your deposit and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • We do not guarantee you an appointment if you have not paid the required deposit or arrived by your scheduled time.

  • We also ask that you please select the correct style upon booking. If you show up expecting a totally different style our service is not guaranteed.

  • Upon arrival, please make sure your hair is freshly shampooed, conditioned, pulled out, and product-free/oil free.

  • Please do not oil hair after shampooing (you may bring your choice of oil to apply after service is complete.)

 

Cancellation-Late-Reschedule:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to two (2) days in advance.

  • If you wish to reschedule (transfer deposit), please use the website (Not the mobile app) to make changes. If you cancel your appointment. You will not get a refund, nor can you transfer it to another day. If you reschedule your appointment, the deposit will transfer. Do not contact us about a deposit after you have canceled your appointment.

  • If you are 10 mins late. The fee is $10. (Business is Business)

  • More than 10 mins late without communication, you will be canceled.

  • If you do not show up before or on time. You will be marked as a no-show and your appointment will be canceled. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELED. As a small business, we appreciate all of our clients, from loyal to new. However, we are sure you will appreciate that for every client who cancels late or fail to show it means another client is turned away, and the salon and stylist both suffer a financial loss.

  • Please reach out to us if you feel that you may be late for your appointment. So that your selected time will not overlap with the next client. 

 

 

Devices:

  • Please do not be on the phone the entire time you are being serviced.

  • Phones tend to make most of you hold your head down when you need it up.

  • The tv makes you hold your head up when you need it down. 

  • The stylist will guide your head as service is being provided. We ask that you please hold your head accordingly. 

 

 

Hair Included:

  • Hair is included in most styles.

  • Upon booking please note your choice of hair color you would like to provide with your services.

  • Please keep in mind that some styles may take longer depending on the size of your head and the thickness of your hair. Extra fees may be required for some.

Knotless, Feed-In, Box Braids etc,.

Parking:

There is a concrete Driveway or Gravel Parking Spot for vehicles. 

Or you may park along the road in front of the shop. (NOT ON MY GRASS)

Seating-Breaking:

  • Once you have arrived, please have a seat in the shop's styling chair. ( Do Not Knock on my house door)

  • Clients are allowed to break anytime that fits their needs. 

  • You are allowed to stand, take a restroom break, or exit. 

  • You are not allowed to leave the premise unless you have paid in full.

  • (NOT gone run off on me.)
